Enterprise Sales Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager based in Brazil.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales leader to shape revenue growth within a fast-growing technology environment. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team while actively contributing to strategic deal execution and pipeline expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize go-to-market strategies, improve sales performance, and strengthen customer relationships. The position offers significant visibility and influence across the organization, with direct impact on business growth and market expansion. Ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings, this role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales execution in a fully remote environment aligned with U.S. Eastern Time operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering a high-performance sales culture focused on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Drive enterprise sales growth through active involvement in pipeline generation, prospecting initiatives, deal strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Support complex sales cycles, including negotiations and closing strategic enterprise agreements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales calls and team performance to identify coaching opportunities and improve overall sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, strengthen market positioning, and support demand generation initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and ensure data integrity across CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development efforts for the sales organization.
  • Build scalable sales processes and best practices that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams that consistently exceed quota and revenue objectives in high-growth environments.
  • Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and closing deals valued at $100K+ ARR involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with modern sales technologies and CRM platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or comparable tools.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise software sales methodologies, and revenue operations.
  • Experience within advertising technology, analytics, marketing technology, or data-driven software solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Availability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
  • Experience building or scaling sales functions within startup or early-stage environments is considered an advantage.
