Strategic Accounts Regional Vice President

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Accounts Regional Vice President based in United States.

This is a high-impact enterprise sales leadership role focused on managing and expanding relationships with strategic healthcare systems. You will act as a trusted executive partner to senior decision-makers, helping large hospital networks leverage advanced clinical AI solutions to improve patient outcomes and operational performance. The role blends consultative selling, strategic account management, and complex enterprise negotiations across high-value contracts. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams to shape go-to-market strategies and ensure successful execution. Operating in a fast-moving healthcare AI environment, you will play a key role in driving adoption of clinically validated technology across global health systems. This position requires strong executive presence, deep healthcare market understanding, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of hospital leadership.

Accountabilities:

Own and grow strategic healthcare accounts by managing the full lifecycle of enterprise relationships, including renewals, expansions, and long-term partnership development across major health systems.

  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth, pricing integrity, and long-term customer value across assigned strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders, ensuring alignment between customer priorities and solution capabilities.
  • Lead complex enterprise negotiations, structuring contracts that balance commercial objectives with long-term partnership success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
  • Leverage market intelligence, healthcare policy trends, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline health, and account KPIs, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings, industry events, and executive discussions to strengthen market presence and influence.
Requirements:

Bring deep enterprise sales expertise with extensive experience in healthcare or medical technology environments, along with a proven ability to manage and grow complex strategic accounts.

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, or enterprise software sales, including significant exposure to strategic or national accounts.
  • Strong track record of building relationships with C-level healthcare executives and influencing multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Experience leading consultative, value-based selling approaches with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage complex contract negotiations and deliver consistent revenue growth against ambitious targets.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and hospital purchasing dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and strong analytical skills for tracking performance and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across assigned regions (East or Midwest USA preferred).
