Responsibilities

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the accurate and timely scheduling of services. This role serves as a critical communication link between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality customer service on a timely basis to all clients and stakeholders
  • Interact with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled and documented
  • Facilitate communication between a diverse customer base including Insurance Carriers, Provider Offices, Attorney Offices, and Injured Workers (Claimants)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all scheduling activities and communications
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Schedule Requirements
  • This is a fully remote position. Must be available to work between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Flexibility within these hours is required to ensure scheduling coverage


Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and office applications
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in customer service or related field
  • Experience in team collaboration skills
