Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic GTM Execution Manager – Represented Markets in the United States.
This role sits at the heart of global go-to-market execution, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into clear, actionable plans across North America and Europe. You will operate as the key execution partner to senior GTM leadership, bridging the gap between strategy definition and real-world delivery. The role drives alignment across internal functions and external partners in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment. It requires strong program leadership to manage multiple concurrent strategic initiatives at scale. You will play a critical role in enabling consistent execution across represented markets while improving speed, predictability, and governance. The environment is highly collaborative, involving cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Your work directly influences pipeline generation, revenue impact, and overall GTM effectiveness.
Own and drive end-to-end execution of strategic GTM initiatives across represented markets, ensuring alignment between strategy and delivery across multiple regions and stakeholders.
- Translate high-level strategic priorities into structured execution plans, defining milestones, ownership, timelines, and success criteria.
- Lead partner-enabled GTM execution with Arrow Electronics ecosystem teams, ensuring alignment between partner capabilities and internal strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Sales, Services, Enablement, Operations, and regional leadership teams.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers while proactively driving resolution and escalating when needed.
- Establish governance models, execution frameworks, and standardized playbooks to improve scale and consistency.
- Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making and execution transparency.
5–8+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution, consulting, GTM operations, or similar roles, ideally within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution without direct authority.
- Strong experience working with partner or channel ecosystems (e.g., distributors, hyperscalers, MSSPs) is highly preferred.
- Background in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments is strongly valued, particularly within organizations similar to Citrix.
- Exceptional project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- High level of comfort operating in fast-moving, globally distributed environments with competing priorities.
- Competitive compensation aligned with location, experience, and qualifications, including potential bonus and incentive eligibility.
- U.S.-based employees typically receive healthcare, life insurance, disability coverage, and access to a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
- Flexibility and opportunity to work in a global, distributed environment supporting North America and Europe.
- Exposure to large-scale strategic GTM transformation programs with measurable business impact.
- Opportunity to work within Cloud Software Group, a global leader in cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Inclusive workplace culture committed to equal employment opportunity and professional growth.
