  • Build and scale high-performing engineering teams through hiring, onboarding, and talent development
  • Foster collaboration across engineering functions while maintaining alignment on technical vision and business objectives
  • Support the evolution of platform capabilities that enable long-term ecosystem growth and partner success
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing software engineering teams with responsibility for delivery, performance, and team development
  • Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate architecture, system design, scalability, and maintainability decisions
  • Experience building and operating developer platforms, APIs, integration frameworks, or ecosystem-based products
  • Ability to lead in highly autonomous environments and effectively navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, operational excellence, and engineering processes
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex technical initiatives
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience making informed decisions on architecture reviews, technical governance, and engineering standards
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
  • Experience in payments, fintech, marketplaces, or other infrastructure-focused domains is a plus
  • Previous exposure to developer ecosystems or third-party platform integrations is highly desirable
Benefits
  • Fully remote work environment with global collaboration opportunities
  • Competitive compensation package and equity/share options
  • Flexible vacation policy with a minimum encouraged annual leave allocation
  • Access to coworking spaces and remote work support
  • Annual company retreats, workations, and team-building events
  • Home office setup allowance and premium equipment provided
  • Generous learning and professional development budget
  • Private medical insurance and healthcare support
  • Additional location-specific perks and employee benefits
  • Opportunity to work on innovative, large-scale technology platforms with global impact
