This role sits at the intersection of customer support, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution within a dynamic and structured service environment. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving escalations, and ensuring smooth communication between multiple internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. The position requires strong analytical thinking to identify root causes of issues while maintaining a customer-focused approach throughout each interaction. You will also contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring challenges and supporting the development of better workflows. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and maintaining high service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and legal to resolve customer-related issues
- Respond to client inquiries and support resolution of service requests and escalations
- Handle and manage escalated or unresolved cases with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain strong customer relationships while addressing concerns and problem situations
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues effectively
- Gather and translate customer information into clear technical or operational requirements
- Track, document, and update all client interactions and issue resolutions accurately
- Support training efforts by documenting solutions and best practices for internal teams
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and departmental goal development
This position requires strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare, Banking, Finance, or related fields
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, client support, or similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to translate user issues into technical or operational information
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in rotational or shifting schedules
