This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, competitive intelligence, and marketing analytics, supporting the teams that shape go-to-market strategy and product positioning. You will play a key role in tracking market trends, competitor movements, and product evolution to ensure internal teams stay informed and ahead of the curve. The position is highly operational and ideal for someone who enjoys structuring information, turning data into insights, and improving how knowledge flows across teams. You will manage competitive intelligence programs, maintain centralized documentation, and support reporting efforts that measure marketing impact. Working closely with product marketing, product operations, and product management, you will help translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. This role offers strong exposure to SaaS product strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Own and maintain the competitive intelligence program, including tracking competitor pricing, feature updates, and go-to-market activities.
• Synthesize competitive insights into clear, actionable summaries for marketing, sales, and product stakeholders.
• Produce recurring competitor reports and internal intelligence updates to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and continuously improve product marketing documentation within Confluence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Support the creation of structured documentation that enables alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Partner with product operations to build dashboards and reporting systems that track marketing and product performance.
• Analyze data related to product launches, campaigns, and content performance to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, product management, and operations teams to support GTM execution.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or analytics-focused roles.
• Strong experience conducting competitive research and turning data into structured insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong documentation abilities.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity enhancement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with a proactive mindset.
• Strong collaboration skills with confidence in sharing insights and highlighting risks or opportunities.
• Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives is a plus.
