This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client-facing commercial contracts within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will play a key part in ensuring agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while enabling commercial growth. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal stakeholders, you will balance risk mitigation with business enablement. The position requires strong ownership across drafting, negotiation, and governance of complex B2B agreements such as MSAs and SOWs. You will also contribute to improving contract processes, templates, and systems to increase efficiency and consistency. Beyond execution, this role has a direct impact on organizational risk posture and operational scalability. It is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in structured yet dynamic environments.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business needs. You will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements while supporting internal stakeholders with contract-related guidance.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations
- Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and other commercial agreements
- Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and workflow processes
- Track key contractual obligations, milestones, and compliance requirements
- Identify and mitigate legal, operational, and commercial risks in agreements
- Support corporate governance activities, including entity management, filings, and documentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal to align contract terms with business objectives
- Assist with audits, due diligence, and transactional activities such as M&A support
This role requires strong experience in commercial contracting, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration within a corporate or legal environment. The ideal candidate combines legal knowledge with business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field (JD preferred; paralegal certification or equivalent experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B commercial contracts in a corporate or legal setting
- Strong expertise in negotiating service agreements, MSAs, and complex client terms
- Solid understanding of contract law, including indemnification, liability, IP, and data privacy provisions
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and systems (e.g., CLM platforms, CRM integrations)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
