High-Ticket Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a High-Ticket Marketing Manager in United States.

This role sits at the center of a performance-driven acquisition system focused on generating high-value, qualified appointments for financial advisors serving high-net-worth clients. You will own end-to-end responsibility for paid media strategy, execution, and optimization, with direct impact on client growth and revenue outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, highly accountable, and deeply results-oriented, where success is measured by cost efficiency, lead quality, and appointment conversion rates. You will act as both strategist and hands-on operator, managing Meta campaigns while shaping messaging and creative direction. Client interaction is a core part of the role, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills. Your work will directly influence client retention, renewals, and overall portfolio performance. This is a high-ownership position where execution quality and strategic thinking go hand in hand.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage client accounts end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor
  • Conduct bi-weekly client calls to review campaign performance, align on strategy, and define next steps
  • Deliver structured performance reports in advance of client meetings, highlighting key insights and recommendations
  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on high-ticket lead generation and appointment setting
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and continuous creative testing to improve performance outcomes
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement rapid optimizations to meet cost-per-appointment targets
  • Diagnose and resolve underperforming campaigns with data-driven intervention strategies
  • Write high-converting ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences
  • Develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for structured A/B testing
  • Collaborate with video editors and creative teams to guide ad production and iteration
  • Use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency in copywriting while maintaining quality standards
  • Set up tracking infrastructure including pixels, conversion events, and attribution systems
  • Configure and maintain integrations such as Calendly, Zapier, and lead routing workflows
  • Troubleshoot technical issues between ad platforms and client systems to ensure seamless lead flow
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a performance or agency environment
  • Strong track record of achieving KPIs such as cost-per-lead and cost-per-appointment targets
  • Advanced copywriting skills, including experience writing ad copy and video sales scripts
  • Hands-on experience with tracking setup, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in financial services marketing or high-ticket, considered-purchase funnels is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting funnel mechanics
  • Familiarity with video sales letter methodology is a strong advantage
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently solve complex performance challenges
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, client-ready insights
  • Highly detail-oriented, fast-paced, and comfortable operating under performance pressure
  • Ability to manage direct client relationships with full accountability for outcomes
Benefits:
  • Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, and public holidays)
  • Training and professional development opportunities
  • Remote work flexibility (Work From Home)
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Performance-based bonus structure
