Accountabilities:
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate strategic priorities and OKRs into coordinated execution plans focused on measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives spanning product, platform, infrastructure, and data teams.
  • Drive clarity and alignment across programs by managing dependencies, surfacing risks, and ensuring sustainable delivery flow.
  • Use AI-enabled insights and analytics to identify bottlenecks, improve predictability, and support informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and shared accountability.
  • Coach teams on delivery best practices, healthy operating rhythms, and data-driven execution methodologies.
  • Contribute to the evolution of scalable frameworks, tools, and operational processes that enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Support strategic planning, roadmap alignment, and portfolio-level execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Promote responsible and effective use of AI technologies within program management and engineering workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex software programs in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional initiatives across product, platform, or infrastructure domains.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, software architectures, system integrations, and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience translating strategic business objectives into actionable execution plans and measurable delivery metrics.
  • Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to delivery optimization.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools for analysis, reporting, documentation, and operational insights.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and drive alignment in fast-moving environments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite collaboration and company meetings.
