You will join a fast-paced, global analytics environment where data plays a central role in driving marketing performance and business growth decisions. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that directly influence acquisition strategies, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation. You will collaborate closely with marketing, analytics engineering, and product stakeholders to build scalable reporting solutions and support data-driven decision-making. The environment is highly collaborative and technically advanced, with strong emphasis on experimentation, attribution modeling, and automation. You will also contribute to the development of self-service analytics tools that empower teams across the organization. • Collaborate with marketing analysts, analytics engineers, and digital analytics managers to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with marketing teams to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, growth, and scalability through data.
• Design and build dashboards and self-service analytics solutions using Looker to support business stakeholders.
• Work with analytics engineering teams to develop scalable data models in Snowflake using dbt.
• Analyze marketing performance across landing pages, campaigns, audiences, segments, ads, and creatives.
• Support A/B testing initiatives and experimentation frameworks to optimize user acquisition and conversion.
• Develop and maintain audience segmentation and attribution models to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Optimize data pipelines and integrations to ensure reliable access to marketing and product data.
• Collaborate with leadership to solve complex business questions and support strategic growth decisions.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of attribution modeling strategies across channels.

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytics solutions in Looker.
• Experience working with marketing data, digital analytics, or growth analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at different seniority levels.
• Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake and modern data modeling practices (dbt is a plus).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and attribution modeling concepts.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
