Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Services teams, you’ll help build automated and reproducible analytics capabilities that empower smarter decision-making. This position offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and high-impact client engagements while fostering innovation across digital marketing and analytics ecosystems. Ideal for a strategic thinker with deep Adobe Analytics expertise, the role also provides opportunities to mentor teams and influence the future of analytics operations at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and evolve enterprise data strategy and analytics initiatives that improve access to high-quality marketing and customer data across multiple business functions.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions, measurement frameworks, reporting systems, and data-driven recommendations for clients.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to enterprise stakeholders by translating complex data insights into actionable business and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee teams of data strategists and analytics professionals while managing client engagements and ensuring high standards of delivery and execution.
  • Develop and standardize analytical methodologies, including KPI frameworks, taxonomy governance, dashboarding, and performance measurement approaches.
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives by supporting consultative sales efforts, pitching analytics capabilities, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to help shape analytics automation, data products, and platform enhancements.
  • Drive internal education and alignment around analytics best practices, data strategy capabilities, and emerging trends in MarTech and customer data ecosystems.
  • Mentor and empower teams to foster a culture centered on innovation, accountability, optimization, and client success.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, marketing analytics, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics, Adobe RTCDP, and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and advertising technology platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Looker, dbt, and cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
  • Experience implementing and governing data taxonomies and measurement standards across multiple digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights within performance marketing or growth-focused environments.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations effectively.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, teams, and client relationships simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with experience building scalable analytics processes and developing high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with analytics engineering, data engineering, forecasting, predictive analytics, or media measurement methodologies is highly valued.
  • Experience with analytical programming tools such as SQL, Python, or R, as well as data visualization and machine learning concepts, is a plus.
