This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented marketing professional who thrives in high-performance digital advertising environments. In this role, you will take full ownership of paid media campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and drive measurable business growth. You’ll work closely with clients, manage campaign strategy end-to-end, and combine creative storytelling with analytical decision-making to optimize performance across the funnel. The position offers a dynamic blend of media buying, copywriting, client strategy, and marketing automation in a fast-moving remote environment. You’ll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions while collaborating with a team focused on innovation, accountability, and scalable growth. Ideal for someone who enjoys direct client interaction and delivering performance-driven marketing outcomes, this role provides strong exposure to advanced lead generation systems and AI-enhanced workflows.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic and operational point of contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign performance, communicate insights, and align on future initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports ahead of client strategy calls.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets to achieve KPIs.
  • Develop intervention strategies and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns to improve results.
  • Write persuasive ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to high-ticket and financial service audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and video editors to develop compelling marketing assets and messaging variations.
  • Configure conversion tracking, pixels, automations, and integrations using tools such as Calendly and Zapier.
  • Build strong client relationships that support long-term retention, referrals, and continued business growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media and direct response marketing, particularly with Meta advertising platforms.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to create high-converting ad creatives and scripts.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, marketing automation, lead routing systems, and funnel optimization.
  • Understanding of lead generation campaigns, appointment-setting funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience within financial services or other high-ticket industries is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with video sales letter (VSL) marketing methodologies is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain campaign data and strategic recommendations to clients clearly.
  • Highly proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to support copywriting, optimization, and workflow efficiency is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Exposure to advanced performance marketing systems and scalable lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on ownership and measurable impact.
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute directly to client growth and retention success.
