This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role where you manage paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, with direct accountability for measurable business outcomes. You will work primarily within Meta advertising, driving lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns for financial services clients. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including campaign optimization, creative development, and client communication. You will act as both strategist and operator, owning performance end-to-end and directly influencing client revenue results and retention. - Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted performance advisor.
- Plan, build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
- Manage campaign performance including budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and continuous A/B testing of creatives and audiences.
- Write high-performing ad copy and collaborate on video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
- Conduct bi-weekly client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and communicate actionable insights.
- Deliver detailed performance reports and recommendations ahead of client meetings to support decision-making.
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, and CRM/automation integrations.
- Work with tools such as Calendly, Zapier, and marketing automation platforms to ensure seamless lead flow.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively implement optimization strategies to meet cost-per-acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with creative teams to test new hooks, angles, and messaging variations for continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong track record of achieving campaign KPIs and retaining clients through measurable results.
- Excellent copywriting skills, particularly for direct-response advertising and lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain performance data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to take full ownership of outcomes and operate independently in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in financial services or high-ticket, appointment-based funnels is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with video sales letter marketing methodologies is highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a bias for speed, execution, and problem-solving.
