This role is a senior technical leadership position focused on designing and evolving the core intelligence behind advanced conversational AI agents. You will be responsible for defining the architecture that powers scalable, secure, and production-grade AI solutions built on Google Cloud and modern LLM orchestration frameworks. The position combines hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership, requiring strong expertise in agent-based systems, generative AI, and cloud-native architecture. You will design complex conversational journeys, ensure robust guardrails and observability, and act as a key technical bridge between engineering teams and clients. • Design and lead the end-to-end architecture of conversational AI agents, defining the “brain” of intelligent systems using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph for orchestration and workflow design.
• Architect complex conversational journeys, including intent classification, conditional routing, and multi-step dialogue flows to ensure high-quality user interactions.
• Define scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures on GCP, leveraging services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and GKE.
• Establish and enforce safety guardrails, input/output controls, and fallback mechanisms including secure handoff to human support channels when necessary.
• Implement observability and evaluation strategies for AI systems, including tracing, monitoring, and continuous model performance assessment.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact between engineering teams and clients, ensuring alignment, knowledge transfer, and architectural consistency.
• Guide development teams on best practices for building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade generative AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or AI architecture, designing and delivering scalable and complex systems, with recent focus on generative AI and conversational agents.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and API Gateway.
• Practical experience (1–2+ years) with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience defining conversational flows, agent routing strategies, and conditional decisioning in AI systems.
• Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation pipelines, and guardrails for safe and reliable model behavior.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Solutions Architect role, leading teams and interacting directly with clients.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative mindset.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven technical architectures.
