Inbound Call Center Rep || Indianapolis, IN || Onsite

We are hiring a Medicare Support Representative to assist callers with Medicare and health insurance questions while providing general office support.

Responsibilities include answering incoming 800-number calls, transferring callers to counselors, data entry, preparing mailings, organizing materials, and supporting daily office operations.

Requirements:

• Good communication and phone skills
• Basic computer and data entry experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stay organized and work in a team environment

Call center or healthcare experience is a plus. Training on Medicare and health insurance will be provided.
