This role sits at the core of Enterprise Risk & Audit, combining technology ownership, data analytics leadership, and audit enablement to strengthen risk assurance across a global organization. You will play a pivotal role in managing audit technology platforms, shaping the data analytics strategy, and enabling a shift toward full-population, data-driven audit approaches. The position requires close collaboration with internal audit leaders, technology teams, and business stakeholders across regions. You will design and implement solutions that improve audit efficiency, expand coverage, and enhance decision-making through advanced analytics. This is a high-impact, strategic role where your work directly influences risk visibility and control effectiveness across the enterprise. - Own and manage the Enterprise Risk & Audit (ERA) technology ecosystem, including audit management systems, document storage platforms, scheduling tools, and access management solutions.
- Drive implementation, enhancement, and adoption of audit technologies to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Define and execute the data analytics strategy for ERA, enabling automation, continuous monitoring, and improved audit coverage.
- Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and advanced analytics outputs using tools such as SQL and Alteryx to generate actionable audit insights.
- Support audit lifecycle activities including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-ups, leveraging data to identify risks and control gaps.
- Collaborate with internal audit leadership and technology stakeholders to align ERA capabilities with enterprise data and risk strategies.
- Contribute to audit delivery across financial, operational, IT, ethics, and compliance domains as required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience managing internal audit technologies, audit management systems, and data-driven audit processes.
- Proven expertise in data analytics tools such as SQL and Alteryx, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute data analytics roadmaps within audit or risk environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex processes and identify risks and control gaps.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate technology solutions from both risk and business perspectives.
- Experience in fast-paced audit or regulated environments is preferred but not mandatory.
