Production Operator – 12 Hr Day/Night (4/4), Amelia, OH
Summary: Support ink and pigment manufacturing through material handling, equipment operation, and quality checks.
Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and material equipment

Prepare and weigh batch materials

Monitor production equipment

Follow batch instructions accurately

Move finished goods to storage

Maintain clean work area

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED or pass assessment

Ability to follow instructions independently

Lift 25–50+ lbs; stand/walk for long periods

Comfortable in industrial environments

Forklift certification preferred

Traffic Technician – Day Shift (4/4), Amelia, OH
Summary: Move materials and finished goods safely across warehouse and plant.
Responsibilities:

Stage materials and finished goods

Load/unload trucks; pull orders

Complete paperwork accurately

Follow safety procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED or pass assessment

Strong communication, math, and organization skills

Maintenance Mechanic – Night Shift (4/4), Cincinnati, OH
Summary: Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on plant equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:

Repair equipment, utilities, and buildings

Inspect systems (boilers, compressors, HVAC)

Perform preventive maintenance

Report issues to maintenance team

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED

Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience

Lift up to 55 lbs; stand for extended periods

Knowledge of pumps, motors, and industrial systems
