Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager based in the United States.
This role is a high-impact growth leadership opportunity for a performance-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for designing and scaling a full-funnel demand engine that drives acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across a highly technical B2B cybersecurity audience. The environment is fast-paced and data-driven, requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will act as a “player-coach,” owning both the marketing roadmap and the day-to-day campaign execution. The role emphasizes experimentation, continuous optimization, and deep collaboration with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You will also leverage AI and modern marketing tools to accelerate performance and improve targeting, messaging, and lifecycle engagement. This is a highly autonomous role with direct influence on revenue growth and customer lifecycle performance.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy and execution, building scalable demand generation programs while continuously optimizing the full customer lifecycle through data, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Design and execute a full-funnel growth strategy to drive sustainable acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Own and optimize the entire customer lifecycle, including awareness, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, upsell, and advocacy.
- Develop persona-based and use-case-driven campaigns tailored to technical audiences such as SOC, CTI, and OSINT professionals.
- Build and manage multi-channel demand generation programs across paid, owned, and lifecycle marketing channels.
- Lead AI-enabled marketing initiatives to improve segmentation, targeting, content creation, testing, and performance optimization.
- Build and scale advanced email marketing and nurture programs for both prospects and existing customers.
- Analyze campaign performance, cohort data, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Drive experimentation culture through continuous testing, measurement, and iterative optimization of campaigns and funnels.
- Act as both strategist and executor, owning reporting, dashboards, and hands-on campaign execution in tools such as GA4 and Salesforce.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on growth marketer with strong analytical capabilities, deep B2B SaaS experience, and a proven ability to build and scale full-funnel marketing programs in complex, technical markets.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel marketing engines that drive measurable impact on acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Strong experience marketing to highly technical audiences, including cybersecurity, SOC, CTI, or OSINT professionals.
- Deep hands-on expertise with modern marketing tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and performance reporting.
- Proven “player-coach” capability—able to define strategy while executing campaigns and analyzing data directly.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and customer journey optimization.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve targeting, content creation, experimentation, and campaign efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a test-and-learn mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
- Competitive salary: $155,000 – $180,000 per year plus bonus and equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Flexible paid time off (PTO)
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Stock options
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth B2B cybersecurity SaaS environment
- Strong autonomy with ownership over full-funnel growth strategy
- Collaborative, mission-driven culture with clear core values
- Equal opportunity workplace with a strong focus on inclusion and transparency
- Exposure to advanced AI-driven marketing practices and experimentation frameworks
