Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in clinical software testing and leading test efforts in complex environments.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in test automation engineering, including use of test automation frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Eggplant automation tools for test script development and execution.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare IT systems, preferably Oracle Health Millennium or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and patient care processes.
  • Strong experience across the full software testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into structured test cases and automation scripts.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to report defects and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office and collaboration platforms like Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience with risk-based testing methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OpenText ALM or UFT is a plus.
