Laborer (Utility) – $24.58/hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

We are hiring Laborers to support operations in our manufacturing facility. This position pays $24.58 per hour with weekly pay and offers a strong benefits package. Medical, dental, and vision insurance begin the first of the month after 30 days of employment. A 401(k), with company matching, begins the first quarter after 90 days of employment. Vacation eligibility begins after six (6) months of employment and paid sick time starts accruing after 30 days of employment.

This role operates on a rotating swing shift within a four-crew, 24-hour manufacturing operation and reports to the Shift Supervisors. Laborers support multiple departments including shipping, receiving, and production while assisting operators and helping maintain a clean and safe facility.

The role requires working in an industrial environment with routine lifting, operating mobile equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks, and working in varying temperatures as part of a cohesive team that keeps production running safely and efficiently. Candidates must pass a pre-employment physical upon acceptance of a conditional job offer.
