About the Position:

The primary function and goal of an Associate Account Manager will be to bring in new business and will also include a focus on non-RMR based jobs/builder jobs, sensitive customer issues, and upgrades with special circumstances. This role requires great customer-facing communication and as with all roles within Alarm New England, a high level of collaboration with all departments within the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect qualified Inbound Leads generated by our marketing team according to our sales process
  • Execute full company sales process diligently
  • Meet or exceed monthly quota - $600 (Will Ramp To Over First 6 Months)
  • Keep CRM system fully up to date with accurate close dates, deal stages and deal amounts
  • Hit all target activity measurables
  • Operate in line with company core values - GSD, Make The World A Better Place, Be Humbly Confident, Do The Right Thing
  • System design, pricing, and proposal generation
  • Sell over the phone and in person - Demo Software and Business Case Via Zoom
  • Be an expert in our technology, our competitors, and our unique differentiation in the marketplace
  • Master our technology suite: HubSpot CRM, Sedona, WeSuite and RapidWeb Software
  • Existing Customer Upgrades - Provide a fantastic customer experience for each customer you interact with
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our systems
  • Support customers post sale through installation
  • Perform other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years in customer-facing sales role
  • Must be on or within reasonable driving distance of Cape Cod
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Experience working on a quota with transparent measureables
