This role ensures clients achieve stable, efficient, and scalable monitoring capabilities that support stronger operational maturity. Success requires technical excellence, consultative communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy ManageEngine monitoring solutions including Site24x7, ServiceDesk Plus, and OpManager.
- Configure dashboards, sensors, alerts, and notifications to meet client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring‑related issues to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with clients to understand infrastructure, monitoring goals, and operational challenges.
- Provide best‑practice guidance and optimization recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, environments, and processes.
- Track ManageEngine product updates and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
- Support current‑state and target‑state monitoring architecture development.
- Conduct ongoing audits to ensure deployed solutions align with design standards.
- Partner with global engineering teams to guide architecture decisions and solution delivery.
- Proven experience working with ManageEngine products.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, SNMP, Traps/Syslog, WMI).
- Experience with Windows and Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Minimum 3 years of server and network administration experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application hosting on Windows Server.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- ManageEngine certifications or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, or similar monitoring tools.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python).
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms or cloud environments.
- Client-facing engineering or consulting experience.
- Familiarity with Cisco IOS; CCNA certification a plus.
- SQL administration or T‑SQL experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, or other DevOps tools.
- Ability to participate in on‑call rotations.
