You will also:

  • Represent clients in court (motions, hearings, trials)

  • Build trusted relationships with clients in highly sensitive situations

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2+ years of Washington family law experience
  • Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
  • Excellent writing, research, and case management abilities
  • Ability to connect with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Emotional intelligence and professional maturity
  • Flexibility to work across international time zones when needed
  • A desire to contribute to firm growth, visibility, and leadership

What You Will Gain

  • Compensation: $110,000 – $175,000 (based on experience and performance)
  • Meaningful, high-impact work that goes beyond billable hours
  • A team that values excellence, trust, and balance
  • Opportunities for leadership, visibility, and long-term growth
  • A firm culture grounded in advocacy, integrity, pragmatism, and compassion

The Law Office of Stacy D. Heard, PLLC is a respected leader in international family law, known for:

  • High-level, strategic advocacy

  • A commitment to helping clients build better futures

We’re not looking for just any attorney.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow, contribute, and make an impact on an international stage.

If you relate to this, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation:
