About the Opportunity

Were looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager Accounting, Reporting & Compliance to join our team.

In this role, youll take ownership of financial reporting, technical accounting, and compliance across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and strong governance. Youll partner closely with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

This is a key leadership role with exposure to audit, regulatory reporting, and potential M&A activity, offering a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end close, consolidated reporting, and financial statement preparation across multiple entities
  • Deliver accurate and insightful management reporting, including analysis of performance against budgets and forecasts
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including BAS, GST, PAYG, payroll tax, and FBT
  • Lead the external audit process end-to-end and manage relationships with auditors and advisors
  • Oversee Aged Care Financial Reporting (ACFR) and Quarterly Financial Reporting (QFR) submissions
  • Support M&A activity including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
  • Drive process improvements, system optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and decision support

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance within a multi-entity environment
  • Strong experience with consolidated financial reporting and external audit processes
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at a senior level
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience desirable)
