This role offers the opportunity to drive field sales performance and strengthen retail presence for well-established consumer brands in a highly competitive FMCG environment. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers and distributors while ensuring optimal product visibility and availability across assigned territories. The position combines commercial execution with hands-on field activity, requiring frequent interaction with point-of-sale partners to activate promotions and drive sell-out. You will play a key role in executing merchandising strategies, improving in-store execution, and supporting new product launches. With a strong focus on sales targets and KPIs, this role directly contributes to revenue growth and brand performance in the market. It is a dynamic, field-oriented position suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key sales partners in assigned territories
- Ensure optimal product visibility, availability, and shelf presence through effective merchandising execution
- Implement and monitor promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities to drive sales performance
- Support the execution of new product launches and ensure strong in-market activation
- Manage and track field sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and performance monitoring
- Coordinate the placement and usage of sales materials and promotional equipment in retail outlets
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through consistent field execution and customer engagement
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes, retail execution, and negotiation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to track performance metrics
- Results-driven attitude with persistence, adaptability, and strong execution capability
- Ability to work independently in field-based roles with frequent travel requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
