Senior/Executive Director, Endometrial Cancer Brand Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior/Executive Director, Endometrial Cancer Brand Lead based in the United States.

You will join a senior commercial leadership role at the center of a high-impact oncology program preparing for a potential U.S. launch in endometrial cancer. This position carries full ownership of brand strategy, launch readiness, and lifecycle planning for a late-stage asset in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving therapeutic area. You will translate advanced clinical science into a clear, differentiated commercial strategy that drives patient access and adoption. Operating in a lean, fast-moving biotech environment, you will shape the cross-functional alignment required across marketing, sales, medical, market access, analytics, and operations. The role demands both strategic vision and hands-on leadership, ensuring execution discipline from pre-launch through commercialization. You will also help define biomarker strategy, customer segmentation, and evidence generation priorities to support real-world adoption. This is a highly visible leadership position with direct impact on launch success, organizational readiness, and patient outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own U.S. endometrial cancer brand strategy, including multi-year commercial planning and annual brand plans with clear KPIs, investment priorities, and execution milestones.
  • Lead U.S. launch strategy and readiness, defining critical path activities across positioning, messaging, field readiness, access strategy, and omnichannel activation.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and Finance to ensure integrated execution.
  • Develop and refine brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging based on clinical evidence, competitive landscape, and market insights.
  • Lead lifecycle management and scenario planning, including competitive response strategies, sequencing opportunities, biomarker-driven expansion, and combination approaches.
  • Oversee customer segmentation and targeting strategy across key oncology stakeholders, including academic centers, community oncology, and integrated delivery networks.
  • Establish performance tracking systems, dashboards, and operating rhythms to monitor brand performance, customer engagement, and execution effectiveness.
  • Partner with Market Access and HEOR to shape value strategy, reimbursement readiness, and access pull-through plans.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams, ensuring disciplined governance, accountability, and launch execution excellence.
  • Present strategic recommendations, risks, and performance updates to executive leadership to support enterprise decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MPH, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • 12+ years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience, including at least 7+ years in oncology marketing.
  • Proven experience in oncology product launches, lifecycle management, or new indication commercialization.
  • Experience in solid tumor markets, ideally including gynecologic oncology or endometrial cancer.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. market access, reimbursement dynamics, and oncology treatment pathways.
  • Demonstrated success in building brand strategy and delivering measurable commercial outcomes in competitive markets.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional teams in fast-paced biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse functional areas.
  • Experience working in biomarker-driven or precision oncology environments is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary estimated between $270,000 and $315,000 USD, plus annual bonus eligibility.
  • Equity participation as part of a long-term incentive and ownership package.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan and financial wellness support.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-visibility oncology launch with significant strategic impact.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge science in nuclear export inhibition and next-generation oncology therapies.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced biotech environment with strong leadership visibility.
  • Meaningful role in shaping access and outcomes for patients with high unmet medical need.
