This role is focused on building and nurturing high-impact relationships with senior stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers within strategic accounts.
You will be responsible for driving long-term commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and expanding market share across key clients.
The position plays a critical role in shaping account strategies, pricing approaches, and contractual frameworks that support sustainable business outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with internal business units to align value propositions with client priorities and deliver tailored solutions.

- Develop and manage senior and C-suite level relationships within strategic accounts, ensuring strong long-term partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities aligned with account growth strategies.
- Define and execute account plans in collaboration with business units to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Design and implement value-added programs tailored to client strategic priorities and evolving needs.
- Lead portfolio and account management strategies, including pricing optimization and contractual negotiations.
- Oversee and guide team members where applicable, ensuring effective performance management and talent development.
- Monitor account performance, operational delivery, and customer satisfaction to ensure consistent business results.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in key account management, strategic sales, or enterprise relationship management.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, commercial strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
- Ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with executive-level presence.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable account strategies.
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or regulated industries is an advantage.
