This role is focused on bringing integrated marketing campaigns to life from planning through execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and across the right digital and social channels. Working closely with creative, content, paid media, and partnerships teams, you will help coordinate workflows, manage assets, and keep multiple initiatives moving smoothly. The position blends project coordination, campaign execution, and performance tracking, requiring strong organization and attention to detail. You will contribute directly to campaign visibility and effectiveness across both organic and paid efforts. Support the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams.
- Support planning and execution of seasonal and always-on marketing campaigns across digital and social channels
- Manage social media campaign execution, including scheduling, publishing, tracking, and performance monitoring for both organic and paid content
- Own campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met in a fast-moving environment
- Coordinate and traffic campaign assets across teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of content across channels
- Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation to ensure transparency and operational alignment
- Manage campaign briefs from intake through completion, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, paid media, and partnerships to resolve blockers and maintain momentum
- Track campaign performance and support reporting, providing insights on results and optimization opportunities
- Contribute to process improvements by leveraging tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency and scalability
You bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a collaborative marketing environment.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, project management, or related roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams and coordinating campaign execution
- Familiarity with campaign planning, briefing processes, and asset management workflows
- Experience using social media platforms and publishing tools for campaign execution
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and contribute to reporting
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, or similar) is a plus
- Comfort using AI tools to support marketing workflows and improve productivity
