You will also play a key role in improving and scaling onboarding processes across multiple product journeys.
- Lead end-to-end implementation for veterinary clinic customers, guiding them from kickoff through launch, adoption, and transition to long-term customer success teams.
- Configure customer environments including tenant setup, user permissions, workflows, and PIMS integrations, ensuring accurate system functionality.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, customer success, and account management to resolve technical dependencies and implementation blockers.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, launch readiness plans, training sessions, and risk tracking to ensure successful implementations.
- Deliver onboarding sessions and training programs for clinic staff while developing supporting documentation and educational resources.
- Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding, building trust and ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
- Collaborate with strategic account teams to support adoption strategies for key accounts and partner programs.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to identify recurring issues and contribute to product and process improvements.
- Help define, refine, and scale standardized onboarding frameworks, workflows, and integration processes across multiple customer journeys.
- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, technical support, or similar client-facing SaaS roles.
- Experience in veterinary, animal health, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare industries strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with PIMS systems such as Cornerstone, Avimark, or ezyVet and related integration challenges.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS configuration, tenant setup, user management, or software administration.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and coordinate effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on customer trust and adoption success.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with technical systems, workflows, and data-driven processes.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for enabling successful technology adoption.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $82,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
- Medical coverage for employees and dependents, with 80–90% employer contribution.
- Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution for high-deductible plans.
- 401(k) retirement plan with up to 3.5% employer match.
- Dental and vision insurance coverage options.
- Flexible Time Off policy plus 12 paid holidays annually.
- Paid parental leave and additional family support benefits.
- Disability, life, and AD&D insurance coverage.
- Learning and development stipend to support professional growth.
- Pet-related benefits including adoption support, insurance subsidies, and pawternity leave.
