Carmel River Dentistry is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our patient-centered dental practice in beautiful Carmel, California. If you're passionate about preventive dentistry, patient education, and delivering exceptional care in a supportive team environment, we'd love to meet you!

- Pay: $55.00–$75.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Closed Monday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Perform adult and pediatric dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments.
- Take digital dental radiographs.
- Screen for periodontal disease and other oral health concerns.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Follow OSHA and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to provide outstanding patient care.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering a comfortable, compassionate patient experience.
- Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dentistry.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Positive attitude with exceptional chairside manner.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred.
