Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $55.00–$75.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closed Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Responsibilities

• Perform adult and pediatric dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments.
• Take digital dental radiographs.
• Screen for periodontal disease and other oral health concerns.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Follow OSHA and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to provide outstanding patient care.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering a comfortable, compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive dentistry.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Positive attitude with exceptional chairside manner.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred.
