About the Role
As a Press Operator at Molding Dynamics, you’ll run state-of-the-art plastic injection molding machines and ensure our finished parts meet the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in our production process — from machine operation to final packaging — while working in a clean, safe, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operate injection molding machines to produce quality parts
Retrieve parts from molds or drop bins and perform visual inspections
Perform basic finishing steps: trimming, measuring, bending, assembling, or gauging parts as required
Accurately complete required forms, checklists, reports, and labels
Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
Communicate with the Shift Supervisor and Quality Technician about equipment or product issues
Maintain assigned tools and ensure work area cleanliness (scrap parts/runners must be ground)
Perform relief or additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to lift up to 35lbs
Comfort using basic hand tools (cutters, knives, trimmers, tape guns)
Ability to bend, reach, and stoop frequently during the shift
Ability to stand for long periods
