Responsibilities

Main Purpose

To supervise quality control activities, coordinate quality teams, and implement the necessary actions to ensure continuous improvement of processes and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise quality control activities at all stages of production or service delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and train quality inspectors, technicians, and quality controllers.
  • Analyze non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, particularly ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits.
  • Monitor and report quality performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and R&D departments to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and reports.
  • Manage customer complaints related to product and process quality.


Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent) in Quality Management, QHSE, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Product, Quality Control, or a similar quality-related role, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as ISO 9001, FMEA, 8D, and 5 Whys.
  • Strong team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office ,SAP, and quality management software.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, is desirable.
