Your work will directly influence how global users experience privacy in everyday digital interactions.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead product strategy and execution across key initiatives, ensuring alignment with company vision, user needs, and business objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end product development, from discovery and ideation through launch, iteration, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and user research teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
  • Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to inform product decisions and continuously improve product performance and adoption.
  • Translate complex technical and privacy-related concepts into clear, user-friendly product solutions.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to align on goals, resources, and long-term product strategy.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 4+ years in senior leadership roles such as Director, Principal, or Head of Product.
  • Proven experience delivering products with large-scale user bases (500K+ weekly active users), from concept to successful launch.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using experiments, analytics, and user research to guide product decisions.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical domains, particularly in privacy, security, or infrastructure-related products.
  • High product intuition with a strong sense for user experience, quality, and product-market fit.
  • Experience building roadmaps, managing priorities, and driving execution in fast-paced, remote environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual compensation of approximately $243,800 USD plus equity.
  • Fully remote work with global collaboration across distributed teams.
  • Equity-based incentive structure aligned with long-term company success.
  • Opportunity to lead impactful privacy-focused products used by millions of people worldwide.
  • Strong culture of ownership, autonomy, and end-to-end product responsibility.
  • Paid time off and wellbeing support, including parental leave and remote work setup assistance.
  • International team environment with opportunities for travel to company retreats and offsites.
  • Transparent compensation philosophy with equal pay within role levels and regions.
