TRADESMAN - CONSTRUCTION

By working closely with property owners, insurance carriers, and adjusters, we help restore homes and businesses while delivering peace of mind when it matters most.
Overview:
As the Reconstruction Tradesman, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager(s) during their production. Your primary responsibility will be to complete all necessary punch-listing as needed from time to time and fulfill specific Work Orders set forth by the Project Managers. A successful Reconstruction Tradesman will be able to complete punch-listing and work orders in a timely manner while utilizing the correct tools and materials, and keeping job costs as low as possible.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the Reconstruction Tradesman are to support the Project Manager(s) during their production, complete all necessary punch-listing to bring projects to COC (Certificate of Completion), and complete Work Orders as necessary on a project-to-project basis.
- Come to work each day with a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Assist your Project Manager(s) in their day-to-day needs for active production projects.
- Assist in all applicable warranty claims.
- Be timely and efficient with every project, both in time and material usage.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance. This includes speaking to clients with respect, tact, understanding, and empathy.
- Wear booties if no floor protection is laid down when entering a client's home.
- Clean up your workspace after the project is completed (or at the end of the workday if you are working on the same project for more than 1 day).
- Keep your work truck washed, clean inside, garbage-free, and presentable for vehicle inspections.
- Provide a clear list of needed materials per project in accordance with the Project Manager(s) description of needs on the work site.
- Defer all questions pertaining to the client's insurance policy, scheduling, estimate, invoicing, etc. to the Project Manager.
- Ensure that you are checking for the quality of other trades' work while on-site to report back to the Project Manager
