Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Quoting & Timeline Associate based in India.
This role sits at the core of pre-order operations, acting as the bridge between sales, suppliers, and production teams to ensure every order is both feasible and profitable. You will be responsible for generating accurate quotes, validating production timelines, and ensuring operational constraints are fully considered before commitments are made. The position requires a mix of analytical thinking, product awareness, and strong operational execution, particularly within the apparel and promotional products space. This is a highly detail-oriented role where structured processes meet real-time problem solving, and where ownership and accountability are key to success.
You will be responsible for managing quoting, timeline validation, and operational coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless order feasibility and execution.
- Generate accurate product and apparel quotes using internal quoting tools while ensuring all inputs such as artwork, quantity, printing method, and delivery details are validated.
- Assess production feasibility and determine appropriate delivery timelines, including standard, expedited, or rush options based on operational capacity.
- Coordinate with suppliers and printers to confirm pricing, inventory availability, and production constraints, escalating exceptions when required.
- Manage end-to-end ticket ownership in the support system, ensuring SLA adherence, quality standards, and timely resolution.
- Support sales and operations teams by recommending alternatives when requested products are unavailable or not feasible.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and workflow optimization initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and experience working in structured operational environments involving data, timelines, and client coordination.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, sales operations, customer support, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to work confidently with pricing, margins, and structured operational data.
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems, CRMs, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data-driven workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining ownership and accountability.
- Strong decision-making skills aligned with SOPs and business rules, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Remote-first role with permanent work-from-home flexibility
- Competitive monthly compensation with additional night shift allowance
- Exposure to international supply chains across domestic and global manufacturers
- Paid sabbatical program after eligibility period
- Opportunity to grow into senior operations, team lead, or managerial roles
- Hands-on experience impacting revenue, margins, and business outcomes directly
- Inclusive work environment promoting diversity and equal opportunity
