The region's leading residential and commercial interior design and furnishings leader, is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Showroom Support Coordinator.

This position serves as the first point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in keeping our showroom running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Welcome and assist clients and visitors

Coordinate walk-in traffic with the design team

Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks

Maintain and organize fabric, upholstery, and showroom samples

Assist with showroom updates and displays

Help keep the showroom organized, professional, and client-ready

Provide additional support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Positive, professional, and outgoing personality

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work occasional Saturdays during busy periods is preferred
