This is a fully remote, career-oriented opportunity for a licensed insurance professional specializing in Medicare products. The role focuses on helping individuals across the U.S. navigate and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D Prescription Drug Plans tailored to their healthcare needs. Agents build long-term relationships with clients while developing a sustainable book of business that generates ongoing renewal income. The environment is structured yet flexible, offering autonomy in scheduling and the ability to work from home. It is designed for motivated sales professionals who value stability, growth, and meaningful client impact. You will be part of a supportive, coaching-driven culture with ongoing training and access to multiple insurance carriers.
- Handle primarily outbound calls with additional inbound opportunities to connect clients with appropriate Medicare insurance solutions.
- Guide clients in selecting Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans aligned with their doctors, prescriptions, and healthcare needs.
- Build and maintain a personal book of business while earning commissions and lifetime renewals on enrolled members.
- Ensure full compliance with CMS guidelines, carrier requirements, and state insurance regulations throughout all interactions.
- Stay current on product updates, carrier offerings, and policy changes to provide accurate and effective recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching programs to continuously improve performance and sales effectiveness.
- Active resident Health Insurance License with the ability to be appointed by carriers.
- Completion of AHIP certification (or ability to maintain required certification).
- Licensing in at least 9 non-resident states and readiness to expand appointments as needed.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, Medicare, or consultative sales environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively via phone and virtual platforms.
- Ability to work independently from home with reliable equipment and a professional remote setup.
- Coachable mindset with openness to feedback, compliance adherence, and continuous learning.
- W-2 employment status with bi-weekly pay and long-term job stability.
- Base hourly pay starting at $18/hour, with annual increases.
- Uncapped performance-based incentives, with estimated earnings of $40–$75 per enrollment.
