As a Concur Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing a modern travel and expense management platform that supports employees across the organization. Working closely with Finance, HR, IT, and external partners, you will ensure system reliability, policy compliance, and a seamless user experience. This role combines technical administration, process improvement, reporting, and user support to enhance travel and expense operations. You will help streamline workflows, maintain critical integrations, and deliver valuable insights through reporting and analytics. - Administer and configure the SAP Concur platform, including user management, roles, expense types, workflows, audit rules, travel policies, and reporting.
- Maintain and optimize approval workflows, system configurations, and platform performance while ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Manage integrations between Concur and ERP systems, including expense data feeds, payment processing, corporate card programs, and reconciliation activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support by troubleshooting issues, resolving system inquiries, and ensuring a positive end-user experience.
- Develop training materials, deliver user training sessions, and support employee onboarding related to travel and expense processes.
- Monitor data integrity across connected financial systems and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and IT teams to implement system enhancements, automate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable travel and expense insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–4 years of experience administering SAP Concur or similar travel and expense management platforms such as Expensify, Coupa Expenses, or Navan.
- Strong understanding of travel and expense management processes, including policy administration, reimbursements, receipt management, and corporate card reconciliation.
- Experience supporting integrations between travel and expense platforms, ERP systems, payment processing solutions, and credit card feeds.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train and support end users.
- SAP Concur Certified Administrator certification is preferred; additional SAP Concur certifications in Travel, Intelligence, or Invoice modules are considered an asset.
- Competitive annual salary of $82,000–$106,000, plus bonus eligibility.
