Full time

R29557

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We're proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

At CrowdStrike, brand isn’t an afterthought; it’s a competitive advantage. This is a rare moment in our brand journey, where momentum, brand relevance, and ambition are converging. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Media who’s excited to build, test, and scale a modern brand media engine. Someone who sees media not just as distribution, but as a creative and strategic lever that can move markets and shape how the world sees CrowdStrike. This role sits at the intersection of brand identity, creativity, and scale, with the opportunity to help define how one of the most important cybersecurity companies in the world shows up next.

In this role, you’ll own brand media end-to-end—from strategy and creative partnership to execution and measurement. You’ll help define how CrowdStrike shows up in every touchpoint across landscape, channels, and key moments.

What You'll Do

  • Own Brand Media End-to-End: Lead the overarching strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of CrowdStrike’s global brand media efforts, ensuring all campaigns ladder back to expanding brand awareness, relevance, and long-term market impact.

  • Lead Through Strategic Agency Partnership: Set clear direction and build excellence with our external media agency of record, pushing for creative innovation and ensuring flawless operational execution as a true extension of the internal team. Run weekly status meetings, implement quarterly business reviews, and partner with agency to drive campaigns forward.

  • Bridge Strategy and Creative Execution: Once media plans are finalized, partner directly with the Creative team to brief in, guide, and oversee the end-to-end development of all required creative assets, ensuring every piece of content perfectly slots into the campaign architecture and aligns with channel specifications.

  • Drive Innovation and Experimentation: Continuously introduce and pilot new and emerging media channels, formats, and placements—testing, learning, and rapidly scaling what works to keep CrowdStrike top of mind and ahead of the curve.

  • Turn Insight Into Action: Define success metrics, analyze campaign performance, and connect insights across media, creative, and brand. Orchestrate our biannual brand health study, partnering with research vendors to evaluate brand performance, identify opportunities, and apply those learnings to continuously improve media strategy and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate Across the Brand Ecosystem: Partner with Creative, Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Digital Experience, PR, Events, and Analytics to ensure all media efforts are deeply integrated, cohesive, and amplify the full CrowdStrike story.

  • Own the Media Budget: Be the go-to owner for the brand media budget, partnering with procurement and finance on forecasting, purchase orders, and spend tracking across campaigns.

What You'll Need:

  • Curiosity Meets Media Experience: 12+ years of experience leading comprehensive brand media strategy, ideally within a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Someone who has the confidence to steward what's working, challenge what's not, and continually evolve the approach to our brand media plan.

  • Data-Driven Acumen: Strong analytical background with a proven ability to establish performance benchmarks, track attribution, and deliver actionable recommendations based on quantitative insight rather than just instinct.

  • Agency Management Excellence: Extensive experience directing and managing top-tier media and creative agencies, driving accountability, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and inspiring innovative execution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a history of successfully collaborating across matrixed organizations, including product marketing, public relations, event management, and internal creative services.

  • AI-Driven Innovation: Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Wake up every day energized by the media landscape, deeply curious about market shifts, emerging trends, and evolving platforms, and obsessed with how they shape brand awareness.

  • Are both big-picture strategic thinker and meticulous hands-on operator, comfortably moving between defining a long-range media vision and zooming in to refine the execution.

  • Thrive on rapid experimentation, have a high appetite for testing new formats, and feel confident making strategic pivots backed by clear business intelligence.

  • Are a collaborative, opinionated leader who can effectively drive outcomes and lead through influence, whether navigating internal leadership teams or external agency partners.

  • Hold a remarkably high bar for operational excellence, premium placement quality, and strategic alignment in every campaign footprint.
