The Sales Strategy and Operations Director will lead the design, optimization, and execution of the operational systems supporting sales and partner channels. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring revenue teams have the tools, processes, and insights needed to scale effectively.
- Own the strategy, architecture, and evolution of the go-to-market technology ecosystem, ensuring systems support current and future business growth.
- Develop and maintain scalable business systems across CRM, sales platforms, routing tools, analytics solutions, and revenue technologies.
- Evaluate end-to-end sales and partner workflows to identify inefficiencies, remove operational barriers, and improve team productivity.
- Design and optimize processes that improve lead management, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue execution.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to maintain reliable data pipelines and ensure accurate executive reporting.
- Build dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with actionable insights into pipeline performance and conversion trends.
- Serve as a strategic operational connector between Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Lead implementation of new systems, workflows, and operational processes while ensuring strong adoption across teams.
- Establish documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to support operational consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and revenue efficiency.
- Influence senior stakeholders by translating business needs into technical solutions and operational strategies.
- Balance long-term systems architecture with immediate business priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical operations leader with extensive experience building revenue systems, optimizing sales processes, and supporting high-growth organizations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to create structure in complex environments.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or related operational leadership roles.
- Experience working within B2B SaaS, fintech, or other high-growth technology environments.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce, including system architecture, customization, workflow optimization, CPQ solutions, and lead-routing strategies.
- Strong understanding of revenue technology ecosystems and business process design.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and transform pipeline metrics into executive-level insights.
- Experience designing scalable processes, documentation, and operational frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting structures, integrations, and operational analytics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and driving organizational change.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing initiatives.

- Competitive base salary range of approximately $170,000 - $175,000, depending on location, experience, and skills.
