A Typical Day

  • Relationship Management: Acting as the primary, initial point of contact for the youth program while building and maintaining strong relationships with students, families, school personnel, and community stakeholders.
  • Data & Optimization: Collecting vital program data, inputting entries into the tracking management system, and generating reporting metrics to assist the Director with continuous program evaluation.
  • Intake & Screenings: Partnering with school-based staff to participate in student screenings and initial intake assessments to properly identify appropriate service referrals and concrete community resources.
  • Partnership Networking: Networking and building strategic partnerships with external community-based organizations to support seamless referral pathways for high-need families.
  • Operations & Purchasing: Managing day-to-day office workflows, monitoring calls, routing incoming correspondence, and serving as the operational liaison to manage purchase requests and supply chain delivery.
  • Community Engagement: Co-facilitating the development, coordination, and direct supervision of youth community engagement and therapeutic recreational activities.

This Role Might Be For You If:

  • You Are Youth-Centric: You are deeply passionate about creating and delivering a differentiated, welcoming support experience for students and adolescents navigating complex social and educational milestones.
  • You Value Teamwork: You believe that true youth advocacy is optimized and strengthened through kindness, empathy, collaborative multidisciplinary communication, and active listening.
