• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and Conversational AI initiatives, including AI chat, AI voice, agent assist, CCaaS, and CRM integration projects from discovery through go-live and post-launch support.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and continuous improvement phases while ensuring timely delivery.
• Facilitate client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to define business processes, customer journeys, automation workflows, reporting needs, integrations, and project success criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and ensure effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, AI specialists, QA engineers, operations teams, security, product management, and client stakeholders.
• Lead testing, UAT, production readiness reviews, deployment planning, release management, and post-launch monitoring to ensure stable and successful implementations.
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, delivery roadmaps, release notes, change requests, status reports, and governance artifacts.
• Drive collaboration across globally distributed teams while supporting operational readiness, user training, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization initiatives.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery with a strong focus on Agentic AI, Conversational AI, AI Chatbots, AI Voice, CCaaS, or similar intelligent automation platforms.
• Strong background in technical project management, including project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget and timeline control, and delivery governance.
• Experience gathering business, operational, and technical requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and technical deliverables.
• Solid understanding of contact center technologies, IVR systems, telephony platforms, CRM integrations, APIs, customer service workflows, analytics, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience leading QA, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, release readiness, deployment planning, production validation, and post-launch optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar project tracking platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate distributed global teams.
• Flexibility to work in an afternoon/evening shift with overlap across international teams.
