The Inventory Management Team Leader will manage repair parts and materials and address procedural issues at shops that impact equipment availability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of inventory associates.
- Analyze inventory data to identify events and trends that can be used to lower costs and/or improve performance.
- Ensure new parts are available to onboard new equipment.
- Identify obsolete parts for return or sale.
- Review and analyze purchase reports.
- Provide inventory management recommendations to senior leaders.
Skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards
