Job Description
Specialty: Pharmacist
Work Setting: Outpatient clinical pharmacy services
Schedule: 410 hour shifts
Types of Cases:outpatient medication distribution, refill processing, patient counseling and pharmacy services for the emergency department
Specialties and Staff on Site: 5 pharmacy techs. 1 informaticist
Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
Requirements:
Licensure: Any State License
Board Certification:Registered Licensed Pharmacist, Immunization certified. PharmD preferred
Life Support Certifications: BLS
