Basic Qualifications

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Leading quality assurance teams, the Sr Advanced Quality Engineer will design, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. This involves designing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, production equipment, and finished products.
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these skills or experiences:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related specialized field, plus 8 years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Expertise in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards across hardware, software, systems, logistics, or manufacturing domains.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, and other applicable quality standards.
- Expertise using relevant inspection, measurement, testing, and evaluation tools and techniques.
- Experience leading quality assurance engineering activities and teams.
- Access to advanced technologies that are often classified.
- Opportunities to apply quality assurance engineering practices across complex products and production environments.
- Exposure to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, AR/VR, cloud-native solutions, and quantum physics.

- Expert-level ability to interpret and apply contract language and technical requirements.

- Knowledge of quality assurance methods for evaluating process precision and accuracy.

Salary Note

Combined Salary Range
USD $140,000.00 - USD $152,000.00 /Yr.
