Job Description
May include, but are limited to:
1. Counsels patients and Family members for surgical procedures
2. Schedules patients for surgical procedures
3. Creates surgical charts
4. Prepares surgical schedules for distribution to staff
5. Pre-operative phone calls to coordinate schedule and reminders
6. Mediator between physican and patient for the best outcome of patients surgery
7. Assist other business office personnel with assigned duties
8. Assist in surgery
9. Schedule CRNA for surgery
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
BLS Certification
Communication Skills
Typing Skill Set
Experience in Customer Service
Organizaational Skills
Must have experience working in Eye Field
Requirements:
Drug Testing
Criminal Background Testing
