Job Description

Position Summary:

  • Lead the consortium project by coordinating activities, and timelines across all partner organizations to ensure project goals for the Healthy Start Initiative program are met.
Partner Liaison:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all consortium partners, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
Community Partners Engagement:
  • Representing the consortium to community partners and other relevant parties, providing updates on project progress and advocating for the consortium's interests.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
  • Overseeing the project's monitoring and evaluation framework, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring data quality to assess project impact.
Reporting:
  • Producing regular reports for community partners, including progress updates, and key findings from monitoring and evaluation activities.
Collaboration Building:
  • Fostering a collaborative environment among consortium partners, encouraging knowledge sharing, and identifying opportunities for synergy between different organizations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Awareness of community engagement strategies.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Capacity to provide clear and concise project updates.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking.
  • Proficiency in ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Ability to produce clear and comprehensive reports.
  • Ability to produce regular and accurate progress updates.
  • Capacity to communicate complex information effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have previous experience in healthcare.
  • College graduates preferred with a good understanding of medical terminology.

Typical Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

  • Requires the ability to be on the telephone and sit for long periods.
  • Requires frequent walking to different clinics.
  • The work will be performed in an office environment/clinical setting.
