About the role
At Marioff Sweden our mission is to deliver cutting-edge HI-FOG high-pressure water mist fire suppression systems to our esteemed customers. We are searching for a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to join our professional organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant role / area of responsibility, preferably from the construction/building services engineering industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field (Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, HVAC, Hydraulics, Electrical or Fire Protection), or acquired equivalent competence through other means that we consider comparable
- Excellent communication skills with a strong fluency in Swedish and English language
- Great knowledge of project management, exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Experience with budget management and commercial skills, contract creation
- Willingness to travel, Category B driver's license
- Strong computer skills & MS Office knowledge
- Leadership and people management skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as well
- Quality-and customer focused mindset
- Ability to work in a structured and methodical way
Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:
- Experience from the following fields: Fire Suppression /HVAC/Gas systems/Sanitary products/Wastewater treatment or other building services/construction engineering field
- Knowledge of fire protection standards and regulations
- Experience working with standards, regulations, and technical guidelines related to fire protection is a plus. You do not need to be an expert in specific standards, but a general understanding of how such frameworks are applied in engineering projects would be beneficial.
- Personal certification in the fire protection (SBSC or RISE) area is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical task of overseeing the high-quality delivery of HI-FOG water mist fire suppression system projects to our customers. Your mission: to ensure that our customers' needs, specifications and requirements are not only met, all while upholding the critical standards of security and precision.
- Project planning & scheduling
- Verification of system/plant design parameters
- Construction monitoring & review of construction site documents
- Proactive management of project execution phase, including installation & commissioning oversight
- Subcontractor and supplier management through the project lifecycle
- Project controlling & performance monitoring, cost control throughout the entire project duration
- Customer & stakeholder management, coordination of the project team
- Creation of project documentation and review of audit documents
- Quality assurance certification support
- Project forecasting, preparation of offers and all necessary documents for project accounting
