Position Description:
What You'll Do

Strategic Project Leadership Create comprehensive Project Controls Plans for new projects and clients. Lead budget development, progress monitoring, and stakeholder reporting for complex industrial projects.

Advanced Analytics Monitor project progress using earned value management methodology and provide expert analysis on scope changes and performance impacts. Develop cashflow forecasts for entire project lifecycles.

Technical Excellence Review and provide input on TIC cost estimates while mentoring junior project controls personnel and new program hires.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Education: B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • Experience: 5+ years Project Management/Controls, 8+ years industrial engineering/construction
  • Technical Skills: Thorough earned value management expertise
  • Software: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Primavera (P6) expertise
  • Industry: Oil and gas experience preferred

Essential Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision needs
  • Mentoring and training capabilities
  • Estimating experience preferred
  • Microsoft Access skills and travel availability

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to sit/stand, type, and perform computer work for long periods of time.
  • Frequent use of hands/fingers for computer entry and answering calls.
  • Able to perform occasional bending, lifting, and reaching.
  • Must be able to lift 15 lbs if necessary.
  • Visual acuity sufficient for reading documents, computer screens, and technical materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally in-person, by phone, and via video conferencing.
  • Hearing ability adequate for meetings, presentations, and collaboration.
  • Ability to concentrate and maintain attention for extended periods while managing multiple priorities.
